PO to Be Voucher Matched Over a Period of Time

 We have entered a large PO in JD Edwards for services (no products will be involved) that will be voucher matched in increments over a period of 10-12 months, depending how long it takes to complete the job.  There may be several invoices per month, and the amounts of the invoices will be based on work completed, so the amt will not be consistent.

We are thinking of entering the PO as 30 units of 33,333.33 each so that we can voucher match in whole units.  The downside of this is that we will not have an accurate picture of how much remains open on the PO in JDE - we would have to track actual amts in a spreadsheet outside of JDE.
