941 Report R078500: I think there still is a problem after taking JD 26959

 I have opened up an SR for this already. But I think the Social Security Taxes is taking 2 x the D tax for the summary instead of adding together the D history + the E history. This skews the "Current quarter's fractions of cents" as well.
