Auto Invoice Fails

Running Auto Invoice.  Using both the ra_interface_lines_all and ra_interface_distributions_all table for data.  AutoInvoice completes with Error.  Logging is set at 3.  Nothing is inserted into the ra_interface_errors_all table.  Autoinvoice Import Program Log file, while huge, just doesn't give any specific error.  Best error message I get is at the bottom of the log:

Finished executing request completion options.
Error calling raapu2()

Any ideas why Auto Invoice is failing?  Thanks.
