CSI Problems -- How to FIX ?

 I recently discovered that I cannot create an SR.   I hadn't tried to create one since Oracle took over from SUN and killed off SunSolve a few months ago.
I was amazed to find that my CSI seems to be tied to a completely unrelated organization.. folks that have never had anything at all to do with my systems, and I had SUN systems for at least 15 years !!!

Now I get told to contact the "Administrator", but he is someone at a totally different organization...

This type of stuff needs a speedy fix..... ( I am being asked to provide suggestions for a big government recompete to replace perhaps $500K work of servers, and I might not be so kind to Oracle. )
