Tools 8.98.4.2 (and above) With Windows Server 2008 R2 And Windows 7 Requires New Releases For Local

Tools 8.98.4.2 is now certified with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7. Installing these OS levels on the Deployment Server or Administration Clients also requires a release update to the local SSE or OEE database PRIOR to updating the Tools Release. See My Oracle Support Note 1310036.1
Tools 8.98.4.2 components, including OEE/SSE Local Database Installers, are now available on the Oracle EPD site: https://edelivery.oracle.com
