in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question
 when we went live on 10.7

JAN-98 entered Historical rate .13086387

FEB-98 entered Historical rate .13086387

MAR-98 entered Historical Credit amount 34,671,660.00 each month through OCT-98

NOV-98 stopped entering historical credit amount, system took the OCT-98

historical credit amount and carried it forward each month as Rate Type "Prior" through NOV-99

DEC-99 entered Historical Credit amount 4,134,641.93

ADJ-99 entered Historical Credit amount 4,134,641.93

JAN-00 entered Historical Credit amount 4,134,641.93

System used "Prior" type of 4,134,641.93 from FEB-00 thru AUG-00

SEP-00 Historical credit amount 0.00 entered

System used "Prior" type of 0.00 from OCT-00 thru NOV-01

DEC-01 Historical credit amount NEGATIVE 4,134,641.93 entered

System used "Prior" type of NEGATIVE 4,134,641.93 from ADJ-01 thru FEB-11
