How to clear records from gl_budget_interface??

 Hi,

Our business has loaded the budgets for the fiscal year 2011  using webadi, and apparently there were few accounting combination errors and so those records are stuck in the gl_budget_interface table. So they are coming in the output file,every time we run the budgets import standard program.  Our business wants them to be cleared at some point of time. I did not find any standard program which deletes the interface records nor there is a form to pull up those records and delete them manually.

Can some one please tell me how to clear the records from gl_budget_interface table(not from backend).
