XML is not being loaded into RTF template.

  Hello All,

 

I am running a concurrent request that uses PL/SQL to load data into a temporary table. I then call the DBMS_XMLGEN.GETXML package to produce the XML. When i run the same code in sqlplus or TOAD, it produces the XML with no issues.Below is the verbage that is in the XML output file. Any thoughts? Is the temporary file too big? WHy is it working in TOAD?
