Zero Cost Rate

All,

I have a business scenario where Zero cost rate has to be calculated for the conultants who books time (OTL) when he/she is on leave.

Example: In a week Mr. A, books time for a billable project for 3 days and to an Indirect Project for 2 days(Leave). In this case, for 3 days cost rate has to be calculated from the Standard Emp/Job rate schedule  and for 2 days it has to be Zero cost rate.

Need some inputs on how to handle this scenario in Oracle projects.
