Subinventory structure

 We are in process to implement inventorizing of items. As per our organizational structure we are in need to restrict our subinventories as per the users for making controlled issuance.

For example, We have two types of subinventories like Central subinventories and region subinventories. But the requirement is central users can view central as well as reion subinventories but access needs to be restrict for each region who have only 'Misc. Transaction menu' in their customized responsibilities.

The control must be centralized and not segregated if new inv.organization needs to be made instead of seprate subinventories in the same inv.org.
