Agent installation Issue

hi,

I really need an advice in this to resolved an issue with the agent installation. I installing oracle agent on windows box 32bit agent version is 10.2.0.4. during installation it throws the error below which i could not understand. i check the inventory it exist. the agent service is not created and running the OUI does not detect the agent has been installed. could you please advice this as soon as possible.
