Journal approval workflow error

 Hi All ,

I need your help regarding Journal Approval workflow in 11.5.10.2

On of my journal errored out in workflow due to Approver not found . I set the approver

and then try to re-submit the journal for approval , but still the status of Batch is showing as 'In process'.

All journals which i created after setting the approver , are processed( Approved and posted) , but the one which is created befor seeting approver is still erroring out .

Can anyone please help me out here ?

I set up the Approver and perform rewind action but still the old error .
