Searching Accounts based on OWNERID = null

We inserted a bunch of Customer Accounts using webservices.  Due to a flaw, many of the records were entered with out the OWNERID. Is there an easy way to update all existing records with an OwnerId = null. 
I tried to recall the accounts using a webservice but I'm not sure how to search for accounts where OWNERID = null.
If not through web-services is there another easier option?
