Fully depreciated asset continues to depreciate

I have one asset that continues to depreciated even though it has been fully depreciated since 2000. We are currently in our testing phase of the fixed asset system.  We entered all the amounts through the beginning balance. I have checked that and it has the correct amounts for cost and A/D. Any ideas?
