Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How can I apply Pormosion for a QTY of 18 and its multiply?

Example

if QTY = 18 apply Pormosion +1 from the same item

if QTY = 36 apply Pormosion +2 from the same item

if QTY = 54 apply Pormosion +3 from the same item

and so on

PLease provide me with the required steps
