adadmin: error while loading shared libraries: libclntsh.so.10.1: cannot open shared object file: No

I am new at R12 installation, i get below error each time i try to run adadmin script, it does not work before

"adadmin: error while loading shared libraries: libclntsh.so.10.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

I executed the APPS_PROD.env scripts many times but the issue still exist

I created "oraInst.loc" at [/etc] and it refer to [inventory_loc = /etc/oraInventory] considering "oraInventory" folder with permissions 777 for user "oracle"

other features of application working fine but i can not do many things related to adadmin utility such as compile 'INVALID' objects

So, if any one could help me to solve this issue, i will be thankful for his/her support
