Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) Customer/Supplier Associations

 We are defining the customer and supplier assocations in the AGIS application.  We have defined the intercompany organizations with the legal entity and operating unit designations.  We have defined the suppliers at the intercompany organization level.  We attempted to define the customers at the intercompany organization level. 

We are now finding that when we transact we receive a message that the customer association does not exist.  The customer association was defined at the intercompany organization level as was the supplier association. 

Can anyone assist with how the configuration should be completed?
