STK L20 cant be seen in Solaris 9?

 I have a V480 that doesnt have the latest patch cluster on it but has the packages and patches needed for the old LVD card. The issue i have is that the Library and drives are seen at the OBP but there is nothing in /dev/rmt.
Does anyone have any ideas of where i could start with this. The library has some history and is not the most reliable of units but we  had it going, then moved it to our production server and nothing in Solaris 9......strange. Any help would be appreciated.

As you can see it comes up with juke! when it boots and INQUIRY i am not sure what this relates too. I know i have an issue with the IBM Fast-T but its the library i need to see in the OS. As i can see it from the OBP i am thinking it could be a software issue!!
