Upload a pre-existing resource library (labor, material, nonlabor) from excel spreadsheet

 Our company just recently purchased Primavera P6, and I'm looking at ways to incorporate our current bidding software with the P6 resources database.  Does anyone know the best way to upload all of our resources (labor, material, and nonlabor) into P6 so as to create a master database of these items?  I have an excel spreadsheet list of all applicable resources but do not know how to upload this content into P6 (if this is possible) rather than typing all of the information in one-by-one via the resources tab.

We also installed the SDK file if this makes things easier.
