Deployment Procedures for Solaris Host Patching

I wish to know which is the url for patchdiag.xref to put at the first step of deployments procedures for patching solaris host in Enterprise Manager.

I try all the URL suggested on various Oracle documentation but no one let me downlaod a Solaris patch repository.
