Regarding Debrief Transaction.

 Hi All,
My doubt is as mentioned below.

While issuing any material Item through debrief, we change the status from Working-> Completed->Closed.

I would like to know the significance of each transition.

Say for ex: When we change the status from Working -> Completed, Item is moved out of Inventory.

Then what is the need for the next transition i.e. Completed-> Closed.
