OLAP_error (1020011): Maximum number of rows [5000] exceeded

@font-face

The error occurs for a couple of desktops in the corporation but not others. For these two workstations, no matter who are login the SmartView in Excel 2007 of Hyperion SmartView 11.1.1.3. Certainly it is not provisioning or privilege issue.

We use desktop package method to deploy software.  Is there any other settings from the Excel 2007 or Hyperion SmartView client installation that could cause this?

If it is company wide problem, I know I need to alter the server settings in
