OTL: Predefined Formulas for Time Entry Rules (TER's)

According to Implementation and user Guide release R12.1 ( Part No. E13521-04) one of the predefined formulas is

" Assignment Standard Hours vs Time Category".

I cannot find that one in my formula LOV in Time Entry Rules form? Actually there are just some that are the same as in the user guide and then I have some other as well?

How is it supposed to be?
