Party access on Item Instances on EBS 11.5.10

We are looking for the right tool we can use to access Oracle Installed Base instances by using a security driven through Instance Party Relationships.

If a party has a Support Technician Party Relationship how can he access all instances he is currently supporting? 

Anyone Experienced this issue?
