CPU Hog perl.exe on parse-log1.pl

 For quite some time I was wondering what was eating so much CPU time on my notebook (on which I also have 11.2. db installed). Today I started process explorer an the all time winner in CPU consumption is perl.exe parse-log1.pl

Killing the process doesn't help. It is started again.

How can one get rid of this? I found some mentioning of emctl in this context but
running emctl tells me that ORACLE_UNQNAME isn't defined.
