Enabling Task for MFS

Hi
We are trying to enable Task Type Callback and Follow Up for MFS, so our FSRs can see these tasks on their laptop.
The problem is these Tasks are Seeded and we can add the Dispatch Rule to them, Oracle does not allow us to change them.
These Tasks are visible in Forms and FSTP and our business users wan to see them in MFS.
Any solutions?
