Very Large Databases Implementation ( RAC on Linux )

 We have a huge project that will involve managing a vary large database with size up to 30 TB. It will be of immense value to know if any of you have implemented such large databases and to get some valuable suggestions and best practices in dealing with huge databases of this size.

this will be a 4-Node RAC running 11 R2 on Linux 5.1.
Any information that you all can share is greatly appreciated.
