Problem with 7420 serial for ASR activation

   I know of a 7420 which won't  activate in ASR, apparently due to a serial number issue.
The sales order says that the entitled serial is XXXXFMJ00N .
and that  serial appears on a MOS CSI.

(see full list of serials for the components below)

As it is now, it seems to think that its serial number is XXXXFMJ002,
which does not appear on the MOS CSI , so I cannot see it in MOS.

I am told by my Oracle support engineer that an ASR registration is pending for XXXXFMJ002,
but I cannot see or approve it, nor, apparently, can anyone else
