 Hi,

I have new installation of E1 9.0 with 8.98 tools. Dep server, E1 server, WAS61, and HTML Web server are up and running. The installation plan was also created and successfully installed. I can login to all clients using FAT client.

But using web login, I am getting this error message:

An unknown JAS sign-in error has occurred, please contact your system administrator

I have done so many things to fix the issue but no success yet.

The HTML server e1root log file is showing this error message:

 at com.ibm.io.async.ResultHandler$2.run(ResultHandler.java:873)
 at com.ibm.ws.util.ThreadPool$Worker.run(ThreadPool.java:1473)
