Database downgrade

Hi, We have upgraded the database from 9i to 10g, but it got failed with the errors and we would like to know that is it possible to downgrade the database by using the below procedure and the compatible parameter is still 9.2.0.

Basically I would like to know that is it possible to downgrade the database when upgrade fails.
