ora-06512 at "WKSYS.WK_ADM"

When using DBCA to create a new database in 11.1 version, I got the ora-06512 at "WKSYS.WK_ADM". I believe it is getting it when doing an check of the ulrasearch module setups. I ignored this error and db creation completed dine. I checked within the db, ultrasearch installation is valid. Any ideas on the error?
