Disabling a seeded processing constraint

 Hi everyone:

We have a location that is shipping internal orders, and the system is not allowing us to split a line in the forms due to a seeded constraint (Cannot split an Internal Sales Order Line). 

We are having issues doing this at the time of shipment since we do not auto allocate because of Serial number requirements and our labels are not generating. 

"Actually the shipping label report first checks for the shipped quantity, then the picked quantity and if none of these values are present, then prints as many labels as the requested"

These values are both Null until we transact the move order in Inventory (Using MSCA)
