starting DSEE on normal and ssl ports as non-root user

 Does anyone have an example for starting the Oracle LDAP server from xinetd to run as a non-root user? We're running red hat AES 5 and would like to start the DSEE on ports >1024 (normal and ssl), but have them running as a service account UID/GID.
