Live upgrade issues with many NGZ

 Hi all,
I am upgrading a system with 25 non global zones from Solaris 10 kernel version 139555-08 to Solaris 10 update 9 and also
added recommended patch cluster to the new BE. The root fs and NGZ is also moved from UFS to ZFS in this upgrade.
When I activate the new BE and boot it up everything looks ok except that only three of the 25 NGZ will start.
