Invoice price field not populating from Inventory responsibility

 I am having an issue that the Invoice price filed is not populating from Inventory responsibility for a particular item whereas the same is populating from IA COST SUPERUSER-IAD.The form that has been used from both the responsibilities is CSTFITCT.fmb.Can anybody suggest me what is cause for this.I have checked the last query from both the responsibilities and both are same.
