Scheduled Jobs to be cancelled or put on hold before upgrade

 Hi,

we are applying the patches for extended support very soon on our eBusiness Suite 11.5.10.2. There are approx. 50 scheduled jobs and I need to know whether these scheduled jobs need to be cancelled before applying the patches and re-scheduled after the system is back or whether these scheduled jobs can be put on hold before the upgrade and released afterwards.
