How to add policy number to assets

Hiall

We are implementing the insurance Function in Fixed Assets to calculate the insurance on our assets, however we have over 20,000 assets,if were to do this manually it would take us days to assigned the Supplier, supplier site, policy number and insurance categories to each asset.

Is there any option or process that we could put these information in an excel spreadsheet then load them all at once? Please advice on the best possible solution?
