Storage Management (ASM ACFS DNFS ODM) (MOSC)

ora.asm only shows started on one node

 We just install GRID infrasructure 11.2.0.2 on Windows Server 2008 R2.  After one of the nodes is restarted and  I run crsctl stat res -t I noticed that the resurce ora.asm only shows started on one node.  ASMCA shows both instances are up and all the database instances are open on both nodes.  Is this a bug, issue or is it expected?  Below is the out put of the CRSCTL STAT RES -T
