Pricing change for non-oracle middleware management

I just noticed Oracle's plug in page says....

**Management of IBM WebSphere Application Server, JBoss Application Server, Apache Tomcat, Microsoft IIS and Microsoft BizTalk Server is no longer licensable under the System Monitoring Plug-in for Non-Oracle Middleware. Monitoring and diagnostics features are licensable under the Management Pack for Non-Oracle Middleware, and configuration management features (where applicable) are licensable under the Configuration Management Pack for Applications

Said management pack is $4,595 per processor while the System monitoring plug-in is $725. (GSA)

Like we really want to pay that much to monitor Apache Tomcat, which is free. Sheesh!
