F5144 Table missing data after Profit Reccognition is complete

Job created in Feb 2011 with Profit Recognition Build run at a project level and entries posted in February.  When Profit Recognition Build was run for March 2011 two fields in the F5144 table were not populated: Cost Earned End of Prior Period and Revenue Earned End of Prior Month.  This is causing the Earned Current Period fields on the Single Job Adjustments form to be incorrect for March 2011 (Earned Current Period = Earned Year to Date = Earned Job to Date).  Any idea what would cause these two fields not to populate in March when the rest of the F5144 field appear
