Error while loading XML document on Word 2003

Hi, 
I have BI publisher working on word 2003 and then I updated word to 2007 and the BI publisher is not working. I reverted back to 2003 and still the BI Publisher is not working.  When I try to load an XML   file into the rtf template its throwing an error 'ClassFactory cannot supply requested class' and a popup saying 'Out of Memory'.


Please let me know If I need to changes any registry settings.
