Problem consuming CI webservice in PeopleSoft with field type: time

Hi all,

I want to input data to the record CLASS_MTG_PAT in the Campus Solution so I've created a CI webservices with all the default methods (Find, Get, Create...).

Below is the detail of the CLASS_MTG_PAT in the App Designer:

Note the the field MEETING_TIME_START and MEETING_TIME_END is of the type: time. 

I was using SOAP UI to test this CI webservices and it worked fine with the Get method as shown bellow:

And then I test the method Create but the response come with an error message:
