Scheduling & Reservation

Hi,

Greeting for the day!

 

Could you please help us by valuable suggestion /solution to the Scheduling & reservation issue?

Our UK base client is having trading business. Where Auto scheduling option is set to yes & reservation time fence is set to 35 days. Instance is linked with ASCP & ATP based scheduling uses ASCP collection data. Oracle apps 11.5.10.2.

Scheduling issue:

Observed the ‘schedule ship date’ is not appropriate. Even though the sufficient onhand stock, reservable quantity is available at the time of order booking we are getting ‘Schedule ship date’ in future (not matching to Customer request dates, or Sysdate).

Reservation issue:
