switching legislation from UK to GLOBAL

  We have HCM implemented at our site. Modules implemented are Core HR/ Payroll / SSHR / i-Rec/ Time and Labor. Since oracle have no legislation delivered for our country (Mauritius), we have implemented HCM using UK legislation as it is the closest one.  

Now, Management has decided to switch legislation from UK to GLOBAL .

Need you help providing your expert knowledge / comments / sharing documents / links for information about how to achieve this, what could be the implecations / things we should be careful about while doing this.

We are using R12 (12.1.3) right now.

Awaiting for response/advise on this please.
