Cannot find Field Service Request Report link in R12 MFS on cslInformation.jsp page

 Hello,
In 11i version of MFS when you click on the task from Calendar Tab it takes you to cslInformation.jsp page where in you can see a tree structure on the left hand side of the page which has links to view details of customer ,Installbase Etc ...There is a link in the tree structure "Field Service Request Report" which displays the details about the service request...

In R12 I cannot find that link...Can you please let me know if it is not there in R12 Or it is on some other page
