R07132 Workers' Comp History Correction: How does this work?

Does anyone know how this report works? I can't find any documentation in the manuals nor on the Knowledge base here in MOS.

We have someone for whom no WC was calculated due to an incorrect wc code. It sounds like this might do the trick for me but I get next to nothing when I run it.
