Inventory Costs to Projec Costing

When project manufacturing captures inventory costs, and creates a expenditure batch in PA, what is used as the 'employee name' in the header.  We are looking into doing this piece without project mfg, and wanted to know what folks out there have done.

We want to bring in inventory costs into PA as an expenditure batch.
