Need Help - Apex 4.0 gives Webpage cannot be found error (HTTP 404).

 I've installed Apex 4.0 (with embedded plsql) on my server (Windows 2008 R2). I can launch Apex on the server but when I try to bring it up from my PC then it gives me the Webpage cannot be found error (HTTP 404). Anybody have any idea why?
