Request date not changing at order line level when changed at header level

 We recently upgraded one of our instance from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 after upgrading in the sales order form when we change the request date at header level it doesn't change the request date at the line level.This is mainly happening when the "Awaiting shipping" lines are falling in between the cancelled lines

Is this a oracle bug. Is there any patch for this?
