Customer Items in Agile PLM
Hello All,
I'm testing Agile PLM 9.3.1.
Is there any object which could be considered as Customer Item?
When we get BOM/Part definition from Customers we often get their Item number. In EBS there is special entity to load such objects. Is there equivalent in Agile?
If not, is there any best practice to store this info?
My idea is to create new Part Type = "Customer Item", with Object List attribute "Customer Name".
For example, from Customer XYZ we get part CUST00001 definition with MPN MPN00001, we would create two items, our number PART00001 and customer CUST00001 with attribute Customer Name set to XYZ.
